Candlewood Suites was launched in the U.S. in 1995 and acquired into the Intercontinental Hotels Group portfolio in 2003. Today it has 290+ properties in North America, making it the second largest mid-scale brand in the category.

Our target guest is the self-sufficient traveler who wants an extended stay hotel that provides an informal home base. We help guests “Feel Free” by giving them the space they need to work and relax, and by being friendly, but non-intrusive. We achieve this by offering:
